- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 4 oz. vodka, rubbing alcohol, or witch hazel
- 30 drops of lemon-eucalyptus essential oil blend
Instructions for the preparation:
You need to simply mix all the ingredients in a spray bottle and use them when it’s needed. Note that the effect of the formula lasts for up to 4 hours, so make sure that you re-apply it often.

- Cinnamon Oil
You need to mix 24 drops of oil for every 4 oz of water. Then, simply spray the solution on the skin or clothing, on the plants, or around your home.
You need to crush the lavender flowers and then apply their oil onto the sensitive areas of your body, such as the arms or ankles. Another option is to pour a couple of drops on a clean cloth and rub the oil on the skin.
- Thyme Oil

- Soybean Oil
