Honey– it has lots of enzymes, vitamins, amino acids, and minerals. They improve digestion and remove irritation in the bowels.
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 inch sliced ginger/ 1 teaspoon power ginger
- 2 cups coconut milk
- ¼ teaspoon pepper ground
- 1 tablespoon honey
You need to put everything in a bowl, except the honey. Mix everything and pour in a pan. Cook slowly for about 5 minutes on low heat and then add the honey.
It is very simple to do and really tasty, not just healthy.
