How You Can Detect If Your Olive Oil Is Fake?
You should test your olive oil in order to determine whether it’s fake or not. Put the bottle of the olive oil in the fridge for around 30 minutes. In case you notice that the olive oil starts solidifying, then it indicates that it is pureand high-quality oil,as it shows that is abundant in monounsaturated fatty acids.
However, if your olive oil doesn’t solidify, then it’s not pure. In addition, you should check if it has official governmental seals of approval on the label, like the “California Olive Oil Council Certified Extra Virgin” and “Australian Extra Virgin Certified” in order to make sure that you are buying high-quality, extra virgin olive oil.
